15 push ups

15 KB swings

Metcon (Time)

For Time:

800m Run or 1200m Row

3 rounds of:

10 box jumps

10 KB swings 70/50

800m Run or 1200m Row
*you are only running/rowing at the beginning and then at the end of the 3 rounds. Total time will include both runs/rows.
