What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is an approach to fitness that prepares you for whatever life brings your way. Whatever your health and fitness goals, CrossFit’s strength and conditioning methodology can help you.  Best of all anyone can do it! Everything we do is scaled to your current ability.

CrossFit focuses on three things:

  1. Functional Movements: Movements you actually do in everyday life, not movements dictated by a fitness machine.
  2. Constant Variety: The workout changes everyday using different movements, combinations of movements, and timing. There is no predictability.
  3. High Intensity: You will work hard whether you are a beginner or a life-long athlete.
